I've taken on waaay too many projects so I'm slimming down and selling my camera bag business. (USA only, sorry world) It's a great stay-at-home business for someone who's looking to own their own company, and I've made it so simple that it practically runs itself. It takes 1-2 hours per day to run, I'll be available for any questions through the transition, and I'll even be your consultant throughout the design, prototyping and testing process when you're ready to add a second bag.

The biggest thing you would have to do is advertise, whether that's Google AdWords, magazines, trade shows, blogs, etc. I have some simple suggestions for really growing the business, plus now is the perfect time to purchase before the rush of Christmas orders. The bags are currently made in Portland, OR, but I have all the connections established to start making the bags in China tomorrow. It's your choice. I'm not selling in stores yet because it's not possible when you manufacture in the US, but if you do manufacture in China, you'll be able to sell in thousands of camera shops around the world. (solely because of the lower prices China offers)

Now to the good part: I'm doing zero advertising and selling an average of 1 bag per day. If you start to advertise and sell 2.5 bags per day (2.5 China-made, or 5 USA-made), you will net profit over $96,000 per year. Orders come in, you put the bags in a box, print a shipping label, and you're done. It's seriously that easy. I'm asking $40,000 for the business, which can be done on a payment plan if need be.

This is the site

Send me a message if you're interested, and you could own your own already-established, already up and running business this weekend!

Ha, no, we didn't just buy part of Leica for $180 million, unfortunately.

I forgot to mention that you can easily keep your current job as you grow more comfortable running this one, as it doesn't take up much time at all. Once you're ready to live on this business alone, then you can quit your day job :)
