On average, how many challenges per week have you entered since you joined DPC?
I've entered 18 challenges over 375 weeks. Which averages at 0.048 entries per week. Or one entry every 21 weeks.
Beat that! lol (I'm personally going for the 'lowest frequency' record, as I don't have a hope in hell of getting near the highest)

No, I don't think so ... 1082 entries in 549 weeks = 1.97 entries/week ... thanks for the link to the calculator -- very handy!
BTW, when I joined, I took the "challenge" to be to come up with something for every topic, to stretch the mind and technology with something unfamiliar, not necessarily to capture the best photo ... when you're assigned homework the idea is to turn in the best you can, regardless of what the others are doing, and I interpreted the "educational" mission of DPC to be something like taking a photography class.

| 445 weeks, 75 entries, .18 per week average. What hurt me was DPL where I was putting in every challenge to support the team. |

I'm at 1.584/week.
This has been hit or miss though. When I first joined in February, I entered 35 straight challenges. Then I took a hiatus and now I only enter when I feel like it. And slowly that's been waning even more. |

2.89/wk -- oops -- did the math wrong. 2.4 entries/wk

Hey, I'm impressed! Especially since your pictures are usually so much better than mine -- I bet if you look at total points accumulated you've probably got me 2:1. |

I tend to disappear a month or so during the year lol so I am at
1,027 Days -- or -- 146 Weeks and 5 Days with 221 challenges
1.51 entries per week. |

| 0.068 entries per week. I did some challenges steadily when I first joined back in '08, then left for a few years and came back when I dusted off the equipment. Now I enter when I get a chance. |

28 challenges entered in 69 weeks
0.405 challenges entered per week.
Though, I wasn't officially a MEMBER here until February of this year. And didn't enter my first challenge until that time. So if we go by my MEMBER registration (the first challenge entered followed 8 days later) then it is the following stats:
28 challenges entered in 36 weeks
0.777 challenges entered per week.
Then, I was out of challenges from April 7, 2012 until June 2012 (the 30th being the next challenge entered). So, it would be as follows:
28 challenges entered in 24 weeks
1.666 challenges entered per week.
Guess it depends on what frequency you actually look at. :P

Light weights :-) ASS-U-ME-ING my quick maths is correct.
Member since June 2005 (352 weeks) - 28 challenges => 0.07/wk I truncated because I liked 007 in the answer :-) Most were in 2006 when I was more into the challenge thing.
Dunno.... I guess the challenges are not what drives me and a lot of what I capture is my kids that well... tend not to do great here cause the snotty grots don't translate to scores I guess. But then neither does the other stuff I take :-) Seriously - different people get different things from DPC and for me that's clearly not the challenges. |

Before 2009:
180 weeks, 155 entries = 0.86/wk
Since 2009:
198 weeks, 20 entries = 0.10/wk

Wow. Darned impressive. Looking at your profile page, I calculate you have 75 Top Ten finishes in 195 weeks = 0.897 per week. A top ten finish on average every 7.8 days. Nice work. Few can keep up with your pace or your quality.
I am just over two challenges a week, but my frequency is slowing falling.
191 challenges in 94 weeks and 2 days = 2.025 per week. |

38 Weeks, 7 challenges entered since joining = .18 EPW.
I really should out, find some inspiration and enter a bit more. Bought a 7D back in July and it's just sitting here because I've been so lazy...

95 entries in 580 weeks = 0.16 challenges per week.
