Three of my fave shots in the reflection challenge scored in the top 15:

this one

Mark

MQ

Paul

I consider them outside the box shot's done with an artistic flair, so does that mean mainstream taste is somewhat changing?

You make it sound like you are on another level and we are just beginning to recognize the out of the box and artistic shots, there's you and the dumb, mundane masses... that's how you sound anyway

May be me, english is not my first language

Ok well we might as well just shut this thread down now, if your going to talk like that ;)

I will rephrase it!

And this is not to offend the other shot's that did well, it's just a pattern I'm seeing lately where images that normally would of scored under 6 are now scoring higher.

...Perhaps the title didn't help much either.

The sad thing about threads, it is difficult to grasp the meaning and intent of the author.

Anita may have a talent for rubbing people up the wrong way, but a number of people have given and do give virtual awards for entries that meet their personal criteria. A casual observation that some of the thus chosen have also been rewarded by the dpc system doesn't usually raise eyebrows or hackles, so if you really have to be up on your hind legs then you could shift the weight to your heels a little and yes, smile.

Didn't really mean to defend you, Anita, but your prime minister said she'd tear into me if I didn't.

Here you go Neat.

I think this is the thread you were looking for when you opened this thread: Posthumous Ribbons

No, the Posthumous Ribbons thread is in fact the exact opposite of what Anita is pointing out with her observations in this thread.

I love patterns.

Especially when you don't even have a handful of data points.
