I love your outtake, too. Not sure it would have ribboned, but for sure on the front page.

It has been a long time since I have participated here...so that perplexed feeling of what to enter and how to edit was back

Another option that I liked.

Oh...to have this for the Tools of the Trade challenge running now....

@Peter (bassbone) - I think you made the right decision. I don't like how the "cropped to focus on individuals" is cut off on the left and I am not keen on the one of the legs only

Obviously the wrong one, or peeps just really hate spiders hahahah his name is happy and lives right outside my porch corner, I absolutely loved it and was my ultimate favorite macro so far
I appreciate the comments so far on the image :-)), I would really like to know what would make this photo even better? Was it too dark, too soft? Should I have stacked a few images together(couldn't cause he was spinning his new web for the night and he was on the move)

Other options which I thought was more boring
