Just want to make sure I have this straight...

For Minimal editing, we cannot use a raw image converted to jpeg, correct?

I always shoot in raw, saw an image that would be great for the minimal challenge, but don't want to violate the rules.

Even if I do NOTHING to the image except save as a jpeg, is that against the rules?

Thanks!

On the entry page, click on the Minimal Editing rules link:

You may not:

Use a RAW original or RAW conversion software. You may shoot in RAW+JPG mode, provided you use the JPG original to create your entry.

That's what I thought, I just wanted to be 100% sure since it's been a while since I've been here and I think I may have entered only one or two other minimal challenges in 4 years.

Bummer!

Note to self... when shooting for DPChallenge, always shoot in Raw+Jpeg
