I have a good reason. I live in a place where we didn't get any fall colors until the last minute.
But then, I've always said that the only difference between a reason and an excuse is whether you are the one offering it or hearing it.

I have been casting my eye about these past months - nothing.
Was forced to snap something on Saturday, just because I felt guilty that they gave us so long for the challenge.
