| So I'm trying upload photos from a phone and I get the message: unable to upload, file extension error. They are jpg's that I've played with in snapsreed, tried reducing them but that doesn't work either. I did the same thing a while back with an ipad and had no problems whatsoever. I'm using an iPhone, any ideas would be great ? |

First, congratulations on your iphone. :P
Second, I experienced the same thing. My uploading methodology is pretty ridiculous - allow photos to sync to the cloud, then upload from laptop. I don't really understand why either. Looking forward to more information on this!

| I've been getting the same message, even when I don't use Snapseed. Somebody please help. This is from iPhone6... my 5s was fine. |

| Sounds like there must have been one bad apple, and it spoiled the whole bunch... sorry, I have nothing of value to share. |

| Try the classic uploader. I believe it's an iOS update that broke it. |
