I usually do a jewelry photography but I have got a request to do and they have ask me to put down my charges, question would be how much?
They have minimum 150 items to photoshoot for minimum three angles and since it is Jewelry then I have to go with stacking approach to make sure I have perfect sharpness so meaning approximate 4000 photographs all together.
now need some help to determine pricing. anyone have idea?

 Skip will have a more professional answer, but start by calculating your hourly rate, multiply by how many hours it will take you to set up, shoot, transfer, and process 4,000 image, and add a percent for creative/other fees. |

sent you a pm. a few more additional thoughts:
always ask the prospective client, or yourself, why would they consider you? if you don't already have an established reputation for the work in question, what would make them think you are worth the risk? unless they are planning on paying you WAY WAY WAY under the market rates, and consequently don't feel they are really risking anything...
along these lines, do you have sufficient time to master the learning curve necessary to deliver the goods? you don't want to start building your reputation by creating one that immediately needs repairing.
