I think this is the one they are trying to reference. This has been brewing for a while.

I certainly don't want to conclude they are guilty until they are proven so, but frankly they have had such a history of disputes, mostly for this type of thing, that the preponderance of evidence says that they indeed do have reprehensible labor practices.
I think that until they can show that they have changed their corporate culture (and good luck with that in a family-owned business) I will put them at least two steps down on my list of preferred suppliers. I hate to do it because they are pretty much the best there is for customer service, but I can't stomach that kind of treatment of staff.

ETA: I'm sure it is only a matter of time before Mr. Posner sees this and adds his two cents.
