First one I will enter... or second... or the third... could be fourth, but fifth also possible... seventh wouldn't surprise me but 8th entry might have a better chance... and if not, 9th... 10 is the lucky double digit though, could be 10th...

...hmmm... 975th entry realy looks goof for the blue, I might go for that one if it's a portrait challenge :-P

Not to thread hijack, but I decided to return as well. I don't think I will be as active as previously, as I will only concentrate on challenges I care about, but I'm here :)

BTW, turning off scores on the homepage is SO FREEING!

My very first business introduction video, I am going to make more of those with more samples and hopefully without struggling to talk :-/

My D300 just arrived, I will be picking it up from the post office tomorrow. Can't wait to shoot and enter challanges again :-/

My very best 10 years old camera. Could not afford $2,000 back then, cost me $250 this time :-)

Thanks peeps... good to be back,

my D300 came from Japan, pretty good shape, and it has 80,500 clicks on it. I paid $250 for the body, I think it was a good deal.

Going forward, probably I will get either same machine as a backup or sometng similar in price range with bit more MPix count.

...but, a nice fast portrait lens is a must before the second machine, something along 105mm f2.8 prime!

any suggestions? Remember though, my budget is $300 per item and that's like maybe 2 items this year. Portrait lenses only.
