I got some really good shots from a recent senior portrait shoot and was thinking of throwing one in the B&W challenge but I'm foggy on the current rules. Would I be able to use NIK Analog Efx and add dirt and scratch texures?

It's so funny.... I thought the scratches and lights were still not legal because they aren't evenly distributed effects. Now I know.

I assume that it's basically an texture, which are legal now. And not all textures are evenly distributed.
