Found this leaked press release today. Should be of interest to those who have been waiting for DXO to release an update to the Nik software that they acquired from Google.

Oh thanks for sharing. Be great to get it up and running again on latest photoshop even if it does mean a small charge

If I remember it, I paid $150 or to Google before they made it open. Not sure how much difference DXO would have made in this but yes I will be interested too.

From the press release, it certainly sounds like they have put in quite a bit of work. It sounds like pretty darn good value for the money.

ETA: It's actually not my cup of coffee, but I'm just Old School, LOL.

Why isn’t yours working now? Mine does (on PsCC)

Mine has glitches on Mac PSCC. It crashes when set to save the filter as new layer. However, I duplicate the layer I want to apply the filter on and then run it. It's an OK workaround. I paid nothing for the Nik but I will if needed.

It is still working fine on Photoshop CC which I keep for the Oil Painting Filter but only some of the Nik plugins are working/appearing in Photoshop CC 2015 and Photoshop CC 2017.

I get an error when launching Photoshop CC 2015/2017 and can see a list of these in the Help - System Info

Plug-ins that failed to load:

Analog Efex Pro 2 NO VERSION - - from the file “C:\Program Files\Google\Nik Collection\Analog Efex Pro 2\Analog Efex Pro 2.8bf”
... etc etc
