Hello,

I have a few friends that are very interested in a modeling career, my new friend Aneeka being one of them. Here are a few pics from our first shoot together.

this girl is gorgeous. i think she has such a unique look to her, and could do quite a bit with modeling. she's indian, from canada and goes to school w/ me at southern arkansas university.

i was wondering. i manage a few models on //www.onemodelplace.com but was wondering what other options we would have, for getting her jobs and such. i guess what i'm asking is for you professionals in the photography industry now, when you have a beautiful model come to you wanting to "make it in the modeling industry", what's your steps in sending her in the right direction, when all she has at this point is a portfolio in the making (that i'm doing) and gorgeous good looks.

thanks so much, have a great weekend.

Get an Agency... Im just a Photographer. Granted Things may come my way But the Client Pays.. I don't. An Agency will be able to help in the aspect of finding work.

I've got nothing for you in terms of contact suggestions, but wanted to say that those are great! Beautiful model, and wonderful shots!

well, I know of an agency that does try to find work for ALL types of talent. Try this site and let me know. //www.mforcep.com

I'll second the beautiful part, she should have no trouble finding work if she wants it.

onemodelplace.com and modelmayhem.com come to mind.

edit- i need to learn to read fully. I guess I'd make her a headshot card, and then help her send it to some local talent agencies.
