i just purchased a new computer and when i did i upgraded the monitor to a Samsung 2032BW 20 inch. My graphics card is a geforce 8300 gs. My question is this the native resolution for the monitor is it max 1680*1050 32bit. I only get a refresh rate of 60 Hertz is this normal?? I think the sreen has a max refresh rate of 75herts at a lower res. Seems a little low to me....Just wondering what you guys are running really

LCDs work differently than CRTs. CRTs the refresh rate is how often the scanning beam redraws the screen. LCDs don't need to redraw the screen. The pixels are just on. The "default" refresh rate for an LCD will always be 60 Hz.
