I was at //regex.info/blog/photo-tech/focus-chart/ doing a basic focus test on my Canon 50mm F1.8 when I managed to autofocus the end of the lens right off!



Anyone ever seen this happen to them before?

ack! scary! no sorry, i guess i should have rsponded if know how to help... can it just screw back on?

Wow, that seems to be some dangerous link you provided there. Don't click it or your lenses fall apart!

It's a feature. For macro photography. Don't need extention tubes.


I'll make sure not to over focus my 50mm.
