Hi everyone,

I am looking for model release forms for adults, minors, and property. I can't find any decent ones online. Can anyone help me?

Thanks!

Model release forms

or...

You can go to all the stock photo sites and download theirs. Modify it to your needs and voila.

model releases dont have to be "official" and engraved in stone. I know some people who told me stories using a napkin, on just getting their signature and a little release statement on some scratch paper. You should just go to a stock photo site (I use the Istock photo release) and copy it and paste it, reword it or just use it as is. It has dual address forms for you and the model, it also have information IF its a minor. I just use the istock photo release as is because im a seller on istock and if i ever wanted to put those online i HAVE to use their release.

Also can check out just google generic model release. Heres one that looks good for example:
