As many of you already know, this year I took on the responsibility of keeping track of the Unofficial DPC Points Race. For those of you who don't know, the Unofficial DPC Points Race keeps track of all the top 10 entries for each challenge for the entire year. You do not need to contact me, or opt in to be on the list. All you have to do is finish in the top 10 of any challenge.

What you don't know is that I recently decided to calculate the Points Race for previous years.

By following the link below, you will be able to see:

1)DPC Points Race for 2009
2)DPC Points Race for 2008
3)DPC Points Race for 2007
4)DPC Points Race for 2006
5)DPC Points Race for 2005
6)DPC Points Race for 2004
7)DPC Points Race for 2003
8)DPC Points Race for 2002
9)DPC Points Race of All Time (2002 - 2009)

There are bound to be errors, so if your stats don't add up, please pm me (as opposed to posting here). I apologize ahead of time if fixing any of the stats changes who does/does not win a Points Race Ribbon.

Also, if you changed your name during 2008 or 2009, you will need to contact me so I can merge your stats. I have already merged a few names that I could think of on my own.

Some of you will have an extra point because the following challenges have had entry's removed, and need to be updated (Hint Hint):

Seasonal Shots
Book Smarts
Negative Space III
Fill The Frame II

There might be a few more, so if I find them, I will add them to the list.

Here is the link to all the statistics:

Use the tabs at the bottom of the page to navigate.

Definitely, this seems flawed and biased:
- First, there are too many repetitions.
- Second, and most importantly, I can't find my name by anywhere there.

What a lot of good work, by you and all of these folks.

I'm dreaming of being on the list... waiting on them all to get to old to click their shutter...

I see DrAchoo has lost sole possession of 4th place finishes. :)

Wow Jon! And all this extra time, you find where? :)

I think there should be some sort of award for the member that has the most ribbons vs his overall average. I think I'd win that one hands-down. I'm living proof of the axiom that "even a blind squirrel finds an acorn now and then"...

Holy Crap.... I can't believe you finished this already. I will do some work on the pivot tables if you want, and play with some formulas. Just need to install excel on the new PC.

No kidding. Thanx for the heads-up. Now I need to decide whether to shoot for more ribbons, or for a lower average, in order to stay ahead of that upstart...
