Is this a private thread, and do the cameras have to be oldies? I have about 5 or 6 assorted bodies, and a shopping cart full of older Nikon glass. I am not set up to do product type photos of them though. It would be just snapshots from me.

It can be whatever you like. I have a mix of low value antiques and some junk store cameras.

I don't think your shots have to have any particular appearance - I'm doing mine in a tent, product shot-ish, because I'm working on a personal project to catalog my collection. In fact, it would be nice to see some of these cameras in weird places - put one on a bar stool in a busy club, or stick one in a sand dune. It could be fun to see that.

Shoehorn, the sequel, in the making! :-)

BTW, for some reason, this just makes me smile! ==>

All my cameras are in a box but I'm getting the urge to open it and take some shots.

...temptation is killing me...

Tomorrow I will do it!

Cya later folks.

And, just in time, here's the very newly-released accessory you need to go along with that. ;-)

I bet your version is about $24,000 cheaper too ...

The idea of a camera kit -- especially one which looks like a cross between TinkerToys and an Erector set -- is really cool. I wonder how much a Canon SLR would be if it just came as a box of parts ...
