Just a note that extra rules were added to the challenge after it was announced to allow for text. Additionally, the name of the challenge and its description was altered to alleviate further confusion.

I like both takes on the subject: either posters for rejected movie concepts (Indiana Jones and the Missing Dentures)* or rejected poster ideas for good/existing movies. I hope voters will be equally open to interpretation.

* not my joke

Thanks, Langdon.

It's really much clearer and more fun now!

Woooo hoooo, finally another "expert" editing challenge!

I won't have time to enter, but I am looking forward to seeing them and voting.

Bumping this because some people on my team didn't see it.

I agree. I'm very much looking forward to seeing what comes out of this one. Any entry that makes my belly hurt from laughing, or makes me spit coffee up on my monitor get a 10.

My subtitle should do that :-) Thanks for the 10!

Okay...so if one doesn't make you laugh....especially if it isn't aimed at being funny....would get less than 10 from you? I didn't realise this was meant to be a funny challenge. Well...brown ribbon here I come.

I didn't say that, but you know I have an appreciation for humorous entries. One of those personal preference things that is always part of a subjective judgement when voting.

Just the way I read the topic. Certainly a more serious entry can work just fine, but I think funny stuff suits the topic and I expect to see quite a bit of it.

maybe i'll combine the two and go for seriously funny

Hmmmm, I see where Judi is going with this - ala this posted in the original suggestion for the challenge: Original Suggestion that had this link to Rejected Movie Posters and reasons why rejected then there is the whole discussion over here Defining Rejected Movie Posters

So it looks like there is two camps going with this - Serious & Humorous

Well, here is the way I see it - hopefully we will see a good mix on both takes AND the voters will be open minded (rather than tunnel visioned) to the fact that there are two takes on how to interpret the challenge and both can be correct.
