Thanks Art...I used two softboxes, one large softbox placed to the models left, and one small softbox placed to the models right and behind her. Also two reflectors were used. One large on to the right of me and facing forward, and a gold toned one to the left of the model and just behind the large softbox.

Although some commented that they liked the angle, I suspect it was a combination of the downward angle and the expression and pose. Not necessarily bad - just not the best overall combination. You shot a good variety - if I had to choose the best one, it would be this one:



but without the glasses.

That is essentially my go to lighting for portraits, minus the reflectors. I may add one to the front if needed but rarely do. It's an awesome set up.

This was my entry with that setup, unfortunately I don't have such a pretty model. LOL
