-increase brightness, contrast, saturation
-invert
-unsharp mask
-noise reduction to skin
-remove one dark hair and small spots on iris
-rotate slightly
-add fine white border
-crop, size, and save for DPC submission

Looks like this is in good clear focus but I'm not a fan of the processing personally.

Love the way you've done this photo. Very different, nothing average or traditional about it. You can tell it's an eye, but fluorescent. Interesting. Nice shot.
