 Well I have a whole new respect for Natsumi Hayashi now. I feel all of my 35 years after taking this... very sore! I shot this on a bridge in the Dubai Marina, with my camera on one side behind a retaining wall separating the car traffic from the pedestrian traffic, with me on the other side of the bridge.

I set up my shot, focused, and had my wife push the shutter release while I climbed up on the wall and jumped onto the pedestrain walk about 15 times. We had a lot of strange looks from the tourists, and even more from the oncoming traffic.

This was a blast to take, hope it does OK, and I can't wait to see everyone else's shots!

I thought this would do a lot better. Got an 8 from me. I thought it looked very superhero!

Probably my favorite of the challenge because of the background - could be too busy but because of the repeated lines and shapes, the tones, and the softness is not. I love that it looks as if he is incredibly high, too. Were you on a roof? I MIGHT have liked it better had the perspective placed his face against that open area between the buildings, but then again maybe not.

I feel so high above the ground looking at this. Would of been cool to see a person in a business suit with a brief case... and maybe a tie blowing back for movement.

He looks determined to fly. Would have liked to had seen the model completely in focus, as the edges are somewhat blurred. But overall, it's a good shot.

Something strange going on with the right shoe... half of the sole is blurry? Nice shot though. Oh - did you blur out the background in post? Maybe that's what I'm seeing...?
