A solid study that imparts the art of self reflection.

I forgot to comment on how much I enjoyed this. The vignetting into teal rust, the shapes of the wrought iron, the mystery of the face, yet, open expression, all coupled with the general feeling of "decay" in the shot, are just great.

Congratulations on yet another ribbon. The contrast between warm skin tones and the cool blue paint make this pop.

This is one of those photos where you could create 100 different stories from it. With his face being hiddent behind the metal, it makes me wonder if he's happy, sad, or just found something that piqued his curiousity.

I think this one is my favorite of the challenge. Portrays silence very well.

Fabulous grill. (It makes me feel like it has a grip on the man's nose.) Nice processing makes the most of the textures.

Voted earlier coming back to comment now.

Love the mood here. A man behind an iron bound window - perfectly willing to look out at the world but not willing to let anyone in. He remains behind his iron 'shelter' in comfort of his solitude. Great textures on the peeling paint and shapes of the iron scrollwork - the age seen here adds to the mood by playing into the idea that over time he has grown comfortable with being alone.

Love the detail, the color... the darkness and the man behind the window. it's almost as if he has something to say, yet is being held back from saying it. Great shot!!!

I know this image is meant to be serious, but I confess he reminds of an imprisoned Keebler Elf. 9

Personally my favourite image of the challenge. Must say that the dark bit at the bottom of the image is distracting to me and draws my eye down. Otherwise a simply stunning image. Would gladly hang this on my wall. Good luck
