I’m gutted, totally gutted… I just read, to my horror, that this was a basic editing challenge.
Sorry everyone, this image will be DQ'd. I was absolutely positive that it was an advanced editing challenge, it's always the first thing I check on. Don't know what went wrong with my brain this time...
I cloned out some specks etc., so there's no chance of me passing the basic editing rules. Sorry....
I’ve now sent in the original image with my editing steps and informed SC that I used advanced editing by mistake.
I could KICK myself! I’m so sad.
Disqualification Details
You may use a cloning tool or small healing brush for the sole purpose of removing sensor dust or hot pixels. No other spot-editing is allowed.

It happens & I have done such mistakes earlier too. But the point is that it will remain as good image even after. Cheer up!

Awwww....Irene....don't kick yourself. We've all mistakenly taken shots, thinking it was one set of editing rules, only to find out that they were another. Thankfully, I've caught myself a few times but, sometimes, I've found out that it was Basic when I'd shot in RAW and had no time to reshoot so, have sat those challenges out. Hey...so what? It was a fabulous shot! :) ETA: I've also mistakenly saved the wrong original file (so many shots alike) and been DQ'd because I hadn't kept the right original. I kicked myself then too....not that it was in a great score range anyway but...still. Oh well. Life goes on and we shoot for another challenge. :)

Beautiful! I love the colours. Is it a couple of wineglasses? If so then that is a truly gorgeous presentation of them. This one should ribbon. 10 from me.
