I found a bird in the house today, must of flew in when I opened the door, anyway it was just a bub, too cute. The mother made a nest on our front porch, and when I went to check to see if it's mother was still there she wasn't. So I put the bird back in it's nest after I took photos of it, and within a couple of hours it was gone.
Hopefully it was re-united with it's mother or finally fled to a life of it's own.

I got the title from the children's book with the same title by P.D Eastman, I must of read it 100's of times to my children when they were little, a really lovely story. Especially the ending.

A similar shot did well for me in another challenge, I found this bird on our porch as well. and it did quite well for me. I think it had the cute factor going for it, as I don't really think the shot was superior in any way.

It took me a second look to see what I'm looking at.

Very cute. His/her face is a bit difficult to see so it's hard to make a strong connection this little one. I like the contrast of the baby bird against the stark white background but if I could make a stronger connection to him/her, it would pull me into the shot even more.
6 from me.

Lol, love the title; that was my daughter's favorite book when she was a child.
