Thanks for the comments and the votes, of course. I saw the light on this building and my eyes must have lit up! - it only lasted for about 5 minutes but it sure was pretty.

Congratulations, penny! This was one of my top picks (and I knew this was yours, I love your window shots.) Funny that the yellow ribbon is a yellow image, and the blue is blue. The red is odd man out.
