I write poems, I draw, and sometimes even paint. These are all deliberate processes and as such can be very intimidating to do. Photography reminds me that it’s a game, a joke, a lucky strike. Photography is full of joy.




original notes:

I love the chaotic sprawl of boy and beast. calculations to b/w. then multiply it on itself to darken it more. Then up contrast even further with some curves.

The shot has the potential for feeling very energetic, but the combination of the composition and the frozen motion make it feel very static. More blur would have kept some of the vitality intact, I think.
