I came back to study this image again. I've learned a lot from your work, not that it shows in my images. The boy wearing a yellow shirt, who appears to be walking on the handrail, pulls this image together IMO. I think size restrictions and limited time spent voting hurt this image. We are really only voting on thumbnails. You're work often requires more time to pull together and fully appreciate.

I really like how some of the characters seem almost suspended and/or moving into the cartoon world from the real. The guy in the white t-shirt seems the most real, the anchor if you will. Not sure you need all of the bottom of the shot - give us a bit more of the surreal world above. Nice title, too.
