 Sewer project in Estes Park. Eight city workers working on a small sewer line job. Two of the men are actually working while the other five are standing and watching; one of them is leaning on a shovel.

Wasting tax dollars....again.

Poor quality shot? Yeah, sure. I spent only a few moments on this challenge. The challenge was not worthy of more effort. My score is low. It's not a big deal. Give us some good challenge topics and I'll dedicate more time.

Ha! I like that there are heads but we can't see them due to the hats. And we assume the other guys have hats, too. Technically it is a little lacking, but it gets the point across.
