 Red-naped Sapsucker, male. He's trying to squeeze into the cavity nest in an Aspen tree which was excavated by a Red-breasted Nuthatch. That's why he looks so ruffled.

This will likely not be twisted enough for the DNMC crowd of intense scrutiny individuals. But, I like the image.... especially the feather detail.
