 Raw image sharpened, then exported as TIFF

Rain texture layer created using Canvas X (using noise, motion blur, levels method)

Rain texture placed on top of image and then rendered and saved as TIFF

TIFF opened in Capture NX2
-crop
-convert to B&W
-adjust levels
-selective unsharp mask around front of slug
-size and save for DPC submission

My favourite of the challenge - super light and a really strong mono conversion. Thoroughly delightful (and I didn't ever expect to describe a photo of a slug as that!)

I love this! The backlighting highlighting the edges of the vegetation and the slug's "horns" is gorgeous. Love the texture on the slug, too.
