 Sweet my first ribbon! Kinda great.

Also on a side note thank you to lanndonkane as it was his idea to go out and shoot this particular car for this challenge. You should check out his take of the same subject which got 10th place.

As my friend who words down there says, "yet another photo of that truck."
My first idea was to go down there also, but then he said that comment so I had to shoot anything but. Good job on the ribbon.

This looks eerily similar to an image that NikonJeb submitted a few years back. Very nicely done and this black and white rendition is very a appropriate. I can see this on the front page at the end of the challenge.

interesting photo, but this doesn't really seem abandoned to me.
dilapadated, sure, but this seems to be a well-kept area that's still in use, and the truck gives no reason to believe it didn't make it's way there the same day as this shot or that it couldn't leave that spot under it's own power.
i like the architecture here, great contrast on the bricks.

o boy, the first entry to open and this is what the challenge is all about. This on a particular good entry. Ligthing and different textures compliment each other. So good. My first 10
