like a vine on a trellis? Terrific shot with excellent detail and textures and I love that it's sharp against the black background. Nice lighting, too. Voted earlier.

I love the textures in these vines. The light captures the veins in the major stems and the hint of green moss adds a touch of color. I might have tried to clean up a few of the hair-like strands on the right. The black background is a good choice. Not sure I see a simile in this photo or the title, which may hurt your score. Just commenting.

WELL FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE THAT I SURE 9 OUT OF 10 PEOPLE WOULD WALK RIGHT PASSED THIS SUBJECT MATTER RATHER THAN STOP LOOK AND TAKE A PHOTO LIKE YOU HAVE... FOR THAT REASON AND ALSO BECAUSE I LOVE THE TEXTURES AND COMPOSITION SO MUCH THAT YOU GET MY SHERPET 'YELLOW' STAR AWARD OF EXCELLENCE... FROM SHEZ... FORGOT TO SAY IT ALSO TOUCHED MY HEART...
