 I'm glad this challenge came up. I have been seeing many portraits with the sun behind lately, and it's a style I enjoy quite a bit. But I never get many chances at it, with my son going to bed well before sundown.

Now that it's later in the year, sundown is coming earlier, and my chance is here. While driving to a park I noticed how the light was coming through the car window and hitting my wife. So when we got there, we worked on getting some shots using this style of lighting. My first attempts were falling flat. Then she looked back at my son, and the pose was there for me! I just had to line up the shot and take some photos.
