Thanks for all the nice comments. We have had a bumper crop of dragonflys this year and I have had a great time photographing them; the best time being late evening, as this one is. He kept dive charging the camera and my head trying to get me to go away.

Someone asked about processing; not much in general; playing with contrast and curves mostly.

Superb, crisp detail on both the leaves and the dragonfly. Love the coppery color of the leaves and their unusual shapes. One of my top three. Voted earlier.

Marvellous Macro/Close Up and gorgeous image. I would love to see your PP details. The blacks are deep black, the browns crisp and sharp and the purple/gun metal blue very striking. Very DMC.
