 Display window with streaks and glare around noon, shot from outside looking up toward metal gridwork along ceiling. Selected because art is frequently darker than expected, not always neat and clean, often thought provoking. Calibrated monitor helps display as intended (recognizing not all voters calibrate). Considered adding a question mark to the title as a nod to the endless discussions about whether photography produces "art." I think it can, so ommitted the "?".
