Entry #1. Saw this challenge come up and I knew exactly what I wanted to shoot. I have only met Richard once but I consider him a friend through DPC. I have always been impressed not only with the images of his cats over the years but his dedication to their well being and care through some significant periods. It was this morning that I saw that his pet Squeak was gone and so I decided to do a tribute to Squeak (and Fluff as well).

Thank you Tim. A fitting tribute to Squeak and Fluff. I didn't think I would miss that squeaky noise she would always make whenever she wanted something. I swear she could throw her voice if a door was closed.

Awwwwww. Beautiful image, Tim. Congrats on the tt. However, my all time favorite cat shot of yours has to be this one :-)

Sharp on what matters, smoothly going out of focus. Great capture, well done!

Should be an emotional favorite for anyone who's read the forums in the past week. Nicely done! 8

Almost as close as it gets, considered this is not Squeak. Only DOF in Yanko's image was deeper (nose was fully in focus, neck almost).
