Beautiful place! Nice shot, too. The composition is a little unconventional, but I think it works here.

Awesome shot! The detail is out of this world! Great work! 9

Very pretty place ... beautiful tones and colors. The aspect ratio seems a little odd -- I think I'd try cropping to a square if it didn't prune too much greenery.

Nice blur effect on the waterfall-- the bottom is a bit uninteresting, but still a a nice photo..

This misty look of the falls is well captured here, against the dark rock and green foilage. Wonderful nature shot! 9

Naturally beautiful. It appears a bit oversharpened.

Love the luminescent trees. Green seems a tad oversaturated, but slow shutter speed usaully brings out more color. Lovely water fall, I'm such a sucker for shots like this. Well done.

It's perfect for centered composition. Especially the rock looks "bend" into oval. Wonderful detail and colours. Beautiful location :)

Superb colors along with the perfect shutter speed to capture the velvety feel to the water. I'd move the waterfall just a bit more to the left in th frame.

Pretty site. Like the use of the foreground trees for framing.

This is a beautiful shot and I think the centered composition works well for the subject. The colors are bright and rich and the treatment of the water is among the best I've seen in any moving water photo. Really great job.

Nothing like a high waterfall to soothe the nerves and give the soul a gift. The greenery is very satisfying along with great clarity. bumping up.

A nicely captured scene with silky smooth water from your long exposure. One thing that bothers me a little is the the water fall hits the ground in the middle of the frame and the stream into which it flows is not as visible as other compositional elements making the waterfall appear to be floating in space.

I like this shot, maybe a closer view of the water would have made me score higher (I love long exposure water shots!)

I can see the smooth water which is great, there's so much other things going on at the side though which takes my attention. 6

Beautiful. Not much else to say, ahaha, it's one of those perfect shots. The greens are mega-green, the water is perfectly smooth, the composition is excellent. Shoot. I'm sold. Thanks!

Nice shot. In a normal competition, this would be a top entry. I hope you do well in the voting, but there are some really great scenes competing.

Well composed. I wonder whet effect a tighter crop and leaving out the lower 1/4 of the picture would have.

Nice waterfall shot, but rather oversharpened. There's a plant to the left of the frame in front of the waterfall which is a bit distracting. Shame the waterfall itself is a little overexposed. 6

those are some intensely saturated greens. love long exposures on moving water too. I might have cropped a little tighter on the left, only because those trees don't have the awesome light that the ones on the right do. great shot.

Good job of using a slow shutter to capture the waterfall. Looks great with the soft feel. The use of the trees and other assorted greenery to frame the rock face and waterfall was also excellent. 9

Great exposure with perfect time. The foliage looks a little oversharpened, and causes quite a bit of distraction from the super water fall. 8

Very pritty and nice capture on the slow shutter. The green frames really work. The only question I have is if this would have worked better if it was not so dead center. Not sure.

This is a nice shot. Very clear, the lighting is fantastic, and I love the energy of the falls. What I don't like so much is the cropping. With a vertical falls like this, I think a closer crop and a portrait format would have worked much greater. The green on the right hand side threatens to over-power the falls a little too much. 8

This is a well framed and composed photograph, however it seems that the rock near the start of the falls and the area above it is too washed out maybe? 6.

Beautiful colors, great lighting (good time of day and ambient conditions), and long exposure really give this shot an extraordinary feel. A vertical composition might have further emphasized the height of the falls, but sacrificed some of the foliage. Cropping it just a bit tighter or moving in closer might have balanced the shot even better than it is already.

beautiful water, perspective a little confusing - ie, how far between the bg falls and the foreground?

This image has grown on me each as I've viewed it again and again during voting. I think it's the composition that's particularly strong - the inclusion of just the right amount of foliage at left and grass and tree at the right creates a strong composition. The detail is really nice. 8

A very nice scene, a small waterfall with a peaceful and vibrant green surrounding. Such an image can help you relax after a long workweek. The longer I look the more I appreciate the subtleness of the scene, it is not overwhelming, just beautiful.

Wonderful capture of the falls and the details in the rock. Color is very vibrant and this image has great clarity and pop. The centering of the falls is not that big of a deal and does not detract from this beautiful wide angled view. 8

Nice rendering ... I've been to this place. Munising is a wonderful surprise really (I was on my way from Green Bay, WI to Sault Ste. Marie (?), stopped for gas at Munising and fell in love with the place. Suffice it to say that I never reached Sault Ste. Marie.). So much for chit chat. I like the creaminess that you've achieved for the water and the green color for the surrounding vegetation. I have no other suggestion except perhaps to burn the haze on the green on top of the falls.

Great shot. Little more to add. Nothing wrong, nothing I would have done differently.

I'm not really keen on the green in this photo, it takes too much attention away from the waterfall in my opinon. I would have liked to see this in B&W or a pale sepia, with either a closer crop, or a less centered composition. 6

beautiful composition. quite dramatic placement of the falls. I can't deduct points, but I will say that the green does not play perfectly against the shale; the elements of orange in th emiddle are detailed and placed well to help the overall "color mood of the shot."
