 Ok might be a shoehorn not sure, I really wasn't going to enter this but I took this on a shoot for a playgroup the day before the challenge started, and thought if might fit here somewhere.

yes a tear couldve added to it... sadly i think the voting didnt reflect this challenge at all i am dsimayed at the placings and the overall voting on this challenge i think it has to be the worst ive seen as yet... just my opinion.. still good image and good comment about tears... well done to all...

The whole image melts together, with the bokeh, shade blotches and B&W processing. Nice

Where's the teams in the mother's eyes? By that question, I'm saying that I don't think this is believable enough as a photo to be a headline shot.

Wonderful bokeh! I like the water drops very much. Maybe not exactly a newspaper shot, but it can fit the challenge. Maybe in a different challenge could score higher than in this one.
