 Yes, as tome mentioned, the painting is Picasso's "The Actor" at the Met as viewed that night by me. The colors are enhanced here since the actor was blushing when the lanky girl stopped at him!
We react in front of paintings and they react to us. The object stares back!

Love how you've connected two similar but abstract forms with light and processing. Goes towards capturing that moment of artistic symbiosis of the self and the other.

This is magic. Like the boundary between the painting and the world is moved. Is it The Actor, by Picasso? You need to title this one :).

This is wonderful, Mariuca. I love the stylization of the 'real' figure - she is no more substantial than the painted one who apparently blows orange upon her. The palette is lovely.
