I had three different ideas for this in the same vein. First i thought about showing a city skyline up against a rural landscape. Then I thought about showing an mold west town among city buildings. But then I remembered this old building that is falling apart, and surprisingly hasn't been tore down. A photo of a mansion outside of this building could really work nice.

So I searched for a photo and downloaded a nice looking house onto my ipad. I got very lucky in that the architecture in the photo is very similar to the architecture of the old building.

I really like the end result. I can easily image someone who is into house flipping buying this old building and restoring it to better than it ever was before.
