No goal at all for this entry within this challenge. It's most certainly not a fancy photograph, more like a bottom one. No competition for any other entry in this challenge, I'm sure.

My main goal was to learn the Focus Stacking technique. A moment I hesitated entering. When entered, I wanted to unsubmit. But hey, by doing that I would never find out if I'm on the right track with this technique or not.

I didn't clean out the stray hair and some kind of tiny rope-ish thingy (?)
I didn't even notice them when capturing the series of images. I tried to locate them afterwards on the plant itself, in vain.
The hight of this plant is about 5cm or 1.97 inch. So a very young one, planted before winter and ready to grow for the first year.

- Camera set to manual and manual focus.
- Used extension tubes 8 and 14 together with my 28-70mm lens.
- Made 7 shots at different focusing areas
- Merged in Photoshop
- Stack layers
- Flatten image
- some TopazAdjust for exposure correction
- Resize image
- Unsharp Mask & rename file

This way of working in macro photography is really interesting when not having a dedicated macro lens and worth exploring more.
