A good rule of thumb is that if you are using a foreground object to create depth, it has to be sharp. Your flowers are badly out of focus and are distracting.

I like the POV, and the use of the flowers to frame the people, but the flowers take up way to much of the shot and draw my attention to them instead of to the people.

I don't like the frame. The tulips OOF are a distraction. The people are too distant. It's like you're hiding in the flower bed.
