i like that it is a laytex/pvc maid-outfit :) super-fetishy and its great that you didn't use the laytex lube to shine it up all bright because it flows more like fabric- i _DO_ wish however that i could see at least a slight bit more of the models face? i love the overall lighting- its well done- and great choiceof colors/background for the outfit etc... great image :)

My comment had nothing to do with ego.
Like it or not, it's my opinion and I will not stay silent when facing that amount of low scores from puritains.

What I think would be a perfect shot does not matter at all and was never the issue in my comment, and I never said I didnt like this particular shot (I actually think its great).
Its the attitude of the photographer that I dont like.

This photo should never have had a 4, unless someone just did not like the subject matter. This is a great looking photo, half naked woman or not.

You're right, I was too harsh: I should have offered them a map too.
Lori, you shouldn't take my comment personally; you didn't vote. Had you voted a 4 and under, I'd tell you the same thing I told them. But that is not the case. You used your judgement and decided that your personal taste would compromise your ability to properly rate this image. I call that being very professional and respectful.
I thought my choice of words to those ignorant fools was quite polite actually, considering the 31 votes of 4s and under (almost 10% of the people who voted on this image!). 4 and under: meaning, UNDER average. Don't get me wrong: I don't mind not being in the top 3 and I think there were terrific images in this challenge. So my comment has nothing to do with my position in the challenge.
It's just that I pity those lost souls and I thought they'd benefit from some sympathy. Offering them a solution on how to stick their heads out of their own ass hole was, I thought, a nice gesture. After all, who in their right mind would like to be in that position? Some guidance was in order! A flash light and batteries was the first thing I thought of... Digging their way out was out of the question; way too messy and they could hurt themselves.

No, you did the mature thing and passed because you didn't care for the
subject.
I find it funny that some people are so closed minded that they can't vote fairly on an image because it shows a little skin. This was an exremely tasteful shot, that was executed perfectly.

I was not sure if this would quite get the ribbon, only because of the high quality of the entire challenge (as in most this woiuld be Blue without question) and that some people do not like the sexy shots so much ...
But for the record, this was my favourite shot of the challenge :) |

To whoever did this, the only thing lacking in this is a photo assistant to...
tweak the subject matter...you know, make the cheeks a little rosier... That being said ... a glance over the shoulder, with perhaps a gleam in the eye or a blush on the cheeks would have put this on top! 8

| Ooo kinky...! This is a really good picture, not just for the quality and crispness but because it stands out from everything else I've seen in the challenge so far. My only niggly point is that the background is a little dark, particularly next to her right shoulder, so you lose the shoulder a bit, but otherwise I cannot fault it! |

It's hard to by anonymous with a recognized style and redhead such as your muse.
Overall picture, very nice
Other comments:
I feel that the pose lacks of involvement with her enviroment. If she was dusting or making the bed or something, it would have been better in my opinion.
The background looks like a projected background . . . but. . . I Think this is not the case because the sahows are consistent with the lighting setup and I think that I see the lighting prop on the right side of the mirror, but it could be a flook . . .
I like your style, I would love to see you in action.

| Whooopp!!! Wowzers...Her buttsky looks great, but I've got two issues here: her legs look soooo awkward. Her knee poking out is very strange looking. And her face...the nose...again, very awkward...it probably would've looked better had she completely looked straight ahead, or even towards the camera. BUTT (heh), regardless of all that, her skin looks fabulous...and did I mention her BUTT? Thanks! |

focus on this is 100% spot on. The girl really stands out from her background without throwing it into a deep blur.
Lighting etc is all perfect too so technically a very good shot in my opinion.
Subject amateur to me is very tacky so that doesn't get my goat - also the background is maybe a little to rickety cluttered> Not sure.
Overall a very well taken photo. |

| I think I can guess who this is, and I REALLY want to like this... but I just don't think this ranks up with your best shots. There's nothing wrong with it, but it just doesn't really do it for me. I know we're not supposed to be looking at her face(!), but this would work for me better if she was looking to her left so I could see her face as well. I think it's the lack of a clear pof here that bothers me... the background is quite busy, and lovely though her bottom is, I find my eye being drawn away by everything else without somewhere to settle. 7 |

| I assume I know who took this image, but it doesn't matter as I can rate it objectively as an excellent shot. The model is beautiful (as always) and your lighting wonderful on her flawless skin. I think the glass bottles are a little distracting and I would have liked to have seen a hint of her eyes or have her otherwise engaged in some action, but it is a very sexy, well photographed image, none the less. |

| I have to admit that I gave this shot a lower score because it has absolutely no appeal for me, and the pose is unflattering to my point of view. It's a great technical shot though, and I've seen much worse in publications of this genre. There's also something about the soft focus of the background that I'm not entirely sure about. 7 |

The use of subdued color in the background, with a red backdrop to match her hair, manages to bring a balance to the composition that wouldn't exist otherwise. Ahh dr jones. in a challenge like this, your picture stands right out =)
as usual, excellent work. i like how the red hair matches the red backround in the upper half, and the the skin matches the wood in the bottom half. it gives it a nice effect with the colours.

someone said to me earlier (before i saw this pic) "have you seen 'Maid'? If that's not Bianca's a$$, I'll print the picture and eat it" Now i know what they were referring to. :)
Great shot - love the apparent shallow depth, though that may well be Gaussian Blur - I can't tell. nice job. |

Lighting, colours, focus...it all comes together in this shot. Not to mention textures.
Of course the pose, as provocative as it is, is still tastefully done and creates a
very sensual, erotic image. Well posed.

| Very distinctive. I love the curves, the creaminess of the complexion, the voluptuous gluteus, the curls of the hair, the feel of the dress (OMG, I sound like some kind of a perv, but maybe I am). I feel like a voyeur looking at this photograph or even better ... an adolescent first dicovering sensuality and sexuality. And lastly, redheads rock. |

excellent job, doc. the set-up is simple ... the colors are pleasing ... the shiny rubber clothes grab light perfectly ... and your model is, ...well, ...very pretty

| Not only for the fact that this shot perfectly sums up lust attraction and playful sexuality. But I love the complex nature of the exquisite sharpness on the behind, the out of focus maple furniture and glassware, and the facial expression and head title, hair placement. This is a beautiful work of lust and playful sexuality. |

| If this was an awful lot WORSE I would call it stunning. As it is, hmmm, need a new word as it is stunning+++. Love the sharpness, combined with the DOF and the lighting. I would give it a "10", but might now get a "1" as I've just copped it from my girlfriend with her doing the "wish my bum was as amazing as that!" thing ... thanks for nothing!!!!! Hope this gets blue (it's my favourite) but with this level of competition anything could happen. Best of luck! |

This picture is sexy, very sexy, but since this is an artistic contest, I would like it to have made me learn or imagine something about the girl, I mean something other than "Oh my GOD!". Maybe seeing the expresion of her face I would have felt suprsised, or amused, or intrigued or anything - you would have opened more possibilities for my interpretation of her and her sourroundings. Anyway, you lose the 10 for the above reasons and you also lose the 9 because you were there and I wasn't => 8
Did I mention the girl is sexy? |

| It is not my cup of tea but I've got to commend the high quality of the work. There is no doubt where the focus of the composition is. And the colors add to the sexy feel. |
