Yes even I felt this was over processed though on this rare occasion it is the Photoshop Oil Painting filter:)

I like the pp'ing the grass but there are some spots on the cows that irk me.

never seen a herd with a more suspicious nature
the processing is pushed too far but goes well with the "acrylic" of its title
