Thanks everyone for the great comments and votes.

This was taken outside of the Crown-Zellerbach building in San Francisco. It's actually the elevator shaft that is on one side of the building. It's lined with 1" glass tiles imported from Italy. When the sun hits it during different times of the day, the color changes to a dark green to match the main building. Quite amazing.

This building was part of an Architecture Walking Tour that was phenomenal. This tour, and a 3 hour tour of Chinatown, is done by my friend Rick Evans. If you're visiting San Francisco or even if you live there, I'd really recommend this. I've been visiting the city once or twice a year for close to 20 years and I learned things that I would never have known otherwise.

Super bad distortion. Love that color gradient, but the distortion just kills this.
