I've looked at this a few times and bumped it up as well. It is very involving. I wonder about her story and feel a connection to her. Apart from this it is a very nicely composed and lit image. The tones are very pleasing. 9 (top 5).
Okay, I'm back again, this deserves the final bump into my top row of ribbon positions. 10 - top 3.

the composition, the figure in the back, the cross, they all add to the drama, that is created by the bare wrists and hands, waves of black shiny hair...
