Had a whole flock(?) of these, about 20 of them total, stop by our side yard for a visit. I was hanging out the 2nd floor window to get some shots and they were on the verge of taking off several times even with my limited movement and noise.

Ha! No comments, eh? :-) Well, it seems that getting this close to a wild turkey isn't unusual I guess. ??? Hmmm ... around here they spook if you get within 50 yards of them normally. Oh well. No biggee. Maybe they'll come back around in time for a Thanksgiving challenge. :-D
