when faced with death, we don't think about the scores we want to settle, or even the wrongs we want to right. we think first and mostly of those we love, and we want them to know.

hold it tight, don't let it go!
It's a great photo, I'm returning to it again and again. Thank you, Don!

You've got it all in this shot, the personal, the objective, animal nature, human nature, it all fades into cyanotype textured goodness...

The tones are cold yet enticing. The sky in the water is what makes this beautiful but the dogs and hand makes this a begin of an unknown story. The perspective and subjects leads me to believe this is Don's shot but the hand makes me feel this is my shot.

This makes me smile for a number of reasons, not the least of which is the collection of textures, particularly the water at the top. It has such a wonderful glow to it. Excellent title.

This may be one of your best images ever, has such a timeless quality to it.
The added hand implies a certain letting go of things of the past maybe who knows.

Two pooches, one sniffs the earth the other loves the cold snow, the tones are fantastic, the water like a monet painting his imaginations, I LOVE THIS!

It definitely gets my verineat 10

Edited for typo
