waited all week for Maria's comment. in fact my earliest memories are plastered with our Dalmatian bitch who arrived in our family just before I did. but not having a real Dalmatian handy I picked up Buster, but he looked lonely so I let him play with Tin Chicken. not til M's comment did I realize that one of my earliest memories is of Patsy and 2 of her unclaimed pups crossing the field between our house and our grandfather's farm, each with one of his precious Bantam hens in its mouth.
